Happy Spring Equinox!
Spring is a time of renewal. It brings new life, new energy, new inspiration. Sunshine fills us in, gives us warmth and hope, pours the growth energy into our lives. Spring is transformative. We shed our layers from the winter, let go of what no longer serves us and get to root our intentions into the Earth, plant new seeds and dreams. 🌿
My ritual for today is to clear some time for myself to move my body, to set intentions and reflect, to embrace the aliveness of spring! ✨
