Workshops
I create spaces where mindfulness, creativity, and advocacy come together. As both a mindfulness instructor and an artist, I integrate mindful awareness into my workshops and talks, exploring themes such as menstrual justice, body positivity, and environmental justice. Through creative exercises, storytelling, and reflective practices, my workshops invite participants to explore cyclical living and deepen their relationships with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
If you would like to invite me to give a talk or facilitate a workshop for your organization, feel free to get in touch. You can also sign up for my newsletter to hear about upcoming workshops, events, and collaborations.
